Hi I’m Caroline, I’m a career coach and I specialise in helping people in their 20s and 30s work out what they want to do with their careers.

Caroline is a Career Coach based in central London. After building a successful 9 year career in Client Services and New Business in creative and advertising agencies, Caroline began retraining as a career coach in 2020.

Becoming fascinated by the role that career plays in our identity development in our 20s & 30s, she was shocked by the lack of tailored careers support available for people at this key life stage. The pressure to choose ‘right’ career straight out of school or university, the difficulties of navigating complex corporate organisations and the echo chamber of peer to peer comparison has created a career culture in which young adults are left feeling anxious, confused, isolated and alone in trying to work out what they should do next with their career.

What Happens Now® is her mission to stop that happening, and to create spaces where young professionals feel supported and empowered to take control of their career development.

Caroline is a member of the Career Development Institute and is on the UK Register of Career Development Professionals. She completed a Post-Graduate Certificate in Career Coaching in 2021 at Birkbeck College, University of London. She then completed an MSc in Career Coaching in 2023 at Birkbeck College, University of London, with research focussing on the impact of working during the Covid-19 pandemic on the career perceptions of young professionals.

Caroline has been featured as key note speaker and expert commentator in UK media publications and events such as Stylist and The London Job Show.
